Hey guys,
I'm Johan. My wife and I are moving to Dubai next month from Europe, and we are super excited but also a bit overwhelmed with the shifting process. We are planning to stay here for at least 2 years, so we want to find a nice, comfortable apartment on rent.
Can anyone suggest which areas are best for couples? Also, does anyone know any reliable real estate agency or platform that makes the process easy for expats? I've heard some horror stories about endless paperwork and hidden agent fees, so I really want to work with someone professional.
