I’ve been trying to figure out how people manage adult offers in different GEOs without wasting a ton of budget. At first, I honestly thought it was just about translating ads and targeting more countries, but it turned out to be way more complicated than that.

One thing I noticed early was that traffic quality changes a lot depending on the GEO. Some countries gave me cheap clicks but terrible conversions, while others had fewer clicks but much better results overall. I also learned that the same ad creative does not work everywhere. Something that performed well in one region completely failed in another.

When I started testing more seriously, I kept my campaigns separated by GEO instead of grouping everything together. That made tracking easier and helped me understand which locations were actually worth scaling. I also stopped using the same landing page for every country. Even small changes in wording or payment options made a difference.
