Could someone please explain the correct procedure for biasing the tubes on this specific hybrid amplifier? I recently noticed a slight hum in the left channel, and I’m hesitant to open the chassis without seeing the official manufacturer diagrams first to avoid any safety risks.

I’m struggling to identify the correct fuse rating for the Pathos Acoustics Classic One Mk3 after a sudden power surge in my home office. It would be great to access a digital copy on manual machine that clearly labels the internal components and explains the standby light codes. Does the guide offer a troubleshooting section that covers common audio distortions, or should I immediately take the unit to a professional technician for a full circuit board inspection?

Is the hum present on all inputs (CD, Phono, etc.) or just one specific source? I had a similar problem with my amplifier and what helped me was simply disconnecting and reconnecting all the wires, and the hum disappeared, because there was just a bad contact. I lost my instructions somewhere and decided to search the Internet for the user manual for Pathos Acoustics Classic One Mk3 and found it on the ManualMachine website, you can check it out. That's where I learned that you can simply reconnect the wires and the problem disappeared. It could also be a faulty lamp, you can swap them around and if the hum goes to another channel, then it's still the problem and you just need to replace it with a new one.
